  • If you are unavailable, kindly arrange for someone authorized to receive the package on your behalf. 
  • Ensure cash is available for COD at the time of delivery.

Certain logistics partners may request ID proof while delivering the shipment. When the original recipient is not available and the shipment value is high, the delivery agent may request ID proof from whoever is collecting the shipment at the mentioned address on behalf of the customer. This is to ensure the correct and safe delivery of the product.

Delivery Time for Domestic Orders

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of order placement. Post that, it will be delivered within 3-7 days based on your PIN code. If there is a public holiday or Sunday, the TAT for delivery will be extended by another day.  We only partner with reputable courier agencies to ensure that the products reach you promptly and in perfect condition. We also ensure that the delivery is made to the recipient and thus require the identity proof for verification.
