Refund and Returns Policy
If the product you receive is in bad condition or the packaging shows signs of tampering or damage before delivery, please refuse to accept the package. You must take a video and 2 photos of the package and submit it via e-mail at info@jewelsbysheeba.com within 24 hours of delivery. After reviewing the evidence, we will dispatch a replacement product to you at no additional cost.
If there are defects and deficiencies in the Product (attributable to, and accepted by Jewels by Sheeba after due verification), he/she/they may initiate a request for returning the Product by generating a return request via the “RETURN YOUR PRODUCT” section on the website. The customer must initiate such requests for a return no later than 7 (seven) days from the date on which he/she/they received the delivery of the Product.
Bundled Packages
If a User has purchased Products that are part of a package of multiple Products (e.g., Jewellery Sets), or if the Product is part of a promotional package or combo package, if there are defects and deficiencies in the specific product refund will be processed of the particular specific product (attributable to, and accepted by Jewels by Sheeba after due verification).
Our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours of receiving your return request.
Mandatory Criteria for Return or Exchange or Refund
All returns must fulfil the criteria mentioned below:
- Return Request: Must be raised within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: Items should be unused with all tags intact.
- Packaging: The return package must include the original invoice, packaging, and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.
- Product Integrity: There should not be any scratches or deformities on the product.
- Embellishments: Ensure that any embellishments on the product are not damaged.
If we are not satisfied that the Product meets any one of the above criteria, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
Important: Scratch & Dent Products are not Eligible for Return or Exchange or Refund
Return Process Overview
Step 1: Once you are sure you want to return the product, immediately go to the “RETURN YOUR ORDER” section and generate a return request. Please note all return requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery, and all the above mandatory return criteria must be met.
Step 2: We will review your return request within 2 business days.
Step 3: Please ensure that you have packed the returned product securely with a strong packaging box and sealed tapes to prevent any loss or damage to the product during transit.
Step 4: Please send the products via a trackable courier service so that the product reaches us safely. We will not be responsible for any damage to the parcel during transit, and we will not accept any damaged products. Any product received damaged in transit will not qualify for a refund.
Once we receive the returned product(s), we will perform a quality check on the items. This is subject to the return having met all the above-mentioned criteria of return
Send us an email at info@jewelsbysheeba.com & share the tracking details of the courier with us. In such cases, reverse pick-up shipment charges will be deducted from actuals, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
If a product is received without the original packaging box of the brand Jewels by Sheeba, Rs. 99/- will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Return Logistics
We will arrange the reverse pick up within 7 (seven) business days from the date on which he/she/they received the delivery of the product
In the event that the customer claims to have self-shipped the product to us and Jewels by Sheeba does not receive the returned product or the package containing such product is empty, the customer shall be required to submit the ‘proof of delivery’ received from the courier/postal agency to Jewels by Sheeba to prove their claim of return of products through self-shipment. The customer must initiate self-shipped no later than 7 (seven) business days from the date on which he/she/they received the delivery of the product
Reverse pick-up shipment charges will be deducted on actuals, and the remaining amount will be refunded (reverse pick-up arranged by us or customer self-ship). If a product is received without the original packaging box of the brand Jewels by Sheeba, Rs. 99/- will be deducted from the refund amount.
It is specifically clarified that any refunds or exchanges shall be processed by Jewels by Sheeba only upon receiving the returned products and concluding the required quality checks or receiving the ‘proof of delivery’ from the user, as the case may be
Quality Check & Return Approval
In case the returned products do not meet all our return criteria or we receive used/defective or empty boxes, we will inform the customer and not be able to issue any refund, and the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Refund Method
Refunds cannot be transferred to any other payment method. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note the following terms regarding cancellations:
- Cancellations are only accepted if the request is made before the order is dispatched or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched or shipped, no cancellations can be made.

- You can track orders by clicking on Track Your Order and receive communication on WhatsApp.
- Special festival occasion offer products are not eligible for cancellation.
- If you cancel the order after payment is made, a 2% payment processing charge will be deducted. If the goods have already been shipped, both sides’ shipping charges will also be deducted.
- Please ensure that you have packed the cancelled returned product securely with the original packaging box to prevent any loss or damage to the product during transit. Any product received damaged in transit will not qualify for a refund.
- If a product is received without the original packaging box of the brand Jewels by Sheeba, Rs. 99/- will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The refund will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving the returned goods.
- Scratch & Dent: No Refund
In the context of jewellery, dents and scratches refer to physical damage:
- Dent: A depression or indentation on the surface of the jewellery.
- Scratch: A fine, shallow mark or groove on the surface of the jewellery
